Steps to Schedule Online

Access the scheduling portal as a new or returning customer. Returning customers can access saved data by submitting the mobile phone number matching a previously scheduled service. New customers must enter vehicle information, including the VIN (optional), or manually enter the make (Mercedes-Benz), year, model, and mileage. 

Choose if you want to schedule express service or regular Mercedes-Benz service. Add the services you want us to perform during the appointment. Enter a description of the service needed if you don’t see what you need listed. The portal may ask if you need to arrange transportation options; choose if you will wait at the dealership or need to arrange a shuttle ride.

Choose the preferred service day and time from the availability calendar. Customers can also choose a preferred service advisor (if desired).
First-time users must enter basic contact information, including name, address, email, phone number, and reminder/update preference.
